Tietosuoja

BitBungalow Oy (“BitBungalow”) sitoutuu suojaamaan ClienPins -palvelun (”Palvelu”) käyttäjien yksityisyyttä ja noudattamaan EU:n GDPR tietosuoja-asetusta 2016/679.

BitBungalow noudattaa menettelytapoja ja prosesseja, joilla suojataan henkilötietoja tietosuojalainsäädännön vaatimusten mukaisesti. Tämä tietosuojaseloste sisältää tietojen keräämisen perusteet ja sen mihin kerättyjä tietoja käytetään. Mikäli et hyväksy tätä tietosuojaselostetta, älä käytä ClientPins-palvelua. Käyttäessäsi palvelua, hyväksyt tämän tietosuojaselosteen sisällön ja sitoudut sitä noudattamaan.

Muu kuin henkilötieto

BitBungalow voi kerätä käyttäjiltään muuta kuin henkilötiedoksi luokiteltavaa tietoa useilla eri tavoilla esimerkiksi seuraamalla Palvelun ja siihen liittyvän internetsivuston käyttöä IP-tunnuksen perusteella. Tämä tieto on tarpeellista Palvelun käytön seurannan kannalta ja käytämme tietoa parantaaksemme Palvelua.

Henkilötieto

BitBungalow, tarjotessaan ClientPins-palvelua sinulle ja toimiessaan rekisterinpitäjänä, ei luovuta mitään käyttäjän henkilötietoja kolmansille osapuolille ilman sinun nimenomaista lupaa. Kun BitBungalow valtuuttama ClientPins-palvelun käyttäjä käyttää Palvelua omassa liiketoiminnassaan toimii kyseinen taho rekisterinpitäjänä ja BitBungaloa tietojen käsittelijänä. BitBungalow kerää ja käsittelee tiettyjä Palvelun käyttäjien henkilötietoja ja muita tietoja, jotta:

käyttäjä voidaan rekisteröidä tiettyihin Palvelun osiin
käyttäjä voi käyttää tiettyjä Palvelun osia
käyttäjä voi tehdä ostosuoritteita Palvelusta
voidaan tehdä tutkimusta ja tuotekehitystä
BitBungalow voi tarjota käyttäjälle ohjelmistopäivityksiä, tuotetukea ja palveluun liittyviä kolmansien palveluita
käyttäjälle voidaan tarjota uutisia tai tietoa palveluista tai mahdollistaa käyttäjä halutessaan osallistuminen selvityksiin ja arvontoihin
BitBungalow voi parantaa käyttäjän Palvelun käyttökokemusta keräämällä sivuston käyttötietoa evästeitä ja kirjautumistietoja hyväksikäyttäen
palvelua voidaan hallinnoida

BitBungalow Oy:n ClientPins -palvelun keräämät tiedot sisältävät käyttäjän antamia tietoja palvelun käyttäjistä ja asiakkaista sekä asiakkaiden työtilauksista ja niiden edistymisestä. Hyväksymällä nämä Ehdot Käyttäjä antaa nimenomaisen, kirjallisen, vapaaehtoisen, yksilöidyn ja tietoisen hyväksynnän antamiensa tietojen käyttämiseen edellä kuvattuun tarkoitukseen. Näitä tietoja ei luovuteta kolmansille osapuolille ellei käyttäjä ole antanut tähän erillistä lupaa.

Mikäli käyttäjä ei hyväksy tietojensa edellä kuvattua käyttöä, hän voi estää tietojensa käyttämisen lähettämällä kirjallisen pyynnön osoitteeseen support@clientpins.io.

Tiedoksiannot kolmansille osapuolille

BitBungalow voi toimittaa kolmansille osapuolille tilastoja sisältäen myynti-, käyttö- ja käyttäjätietoja sekä muita kuin henkilötietoja, mutta nämä tilastot eivät sisällä henkilötunnistetietoja.

BitBungalow pidättää oikeuden ilmaista kolmansille osapuolille käyttäjän henkilötietoja sikäli kun tämä on tarpeellista lain tai viranomaismääräysten täyttämiseksi, suojatakseen järjestelmänsä toimintaa, suojellakseen itseään tai noudattaakseen käyttöehtoja.

Kolmansiksi osapuoliksi lasketaan muut kuin ClientPins-palvelun käyttäjät.

Turvallisuus

BitBungalow käyttää ajantasaisia käytäntöjä henkilötietojen suojelemiseksi.

Käyttäjän oikeus henkilötietoihinsa

BitBungalow kerää vain Palvelun käytön kannalta olennaista tietoa. BitBungalow säilyttää käyttäjien henkilötietoja vain niin kauan kuin niitä tarvitaan palvelun tarjoamista varten tai lain salliman enimmäisajan.

Käyttäjä voi itse korjata ja päivittää omia henkilötietojaan Palvelun asetuksista.

Käyttäjä voi itse tarkastaa palveluun tallennetut muut tiedot suoraan palvelusta. Muita kuin palvelussa käyttäjälle näkyviä tietoja ei talleteta.

Käyttäjällä on oikeus tulla unohdetuksi. Käyttäjä voi pyytää henkilötietojensa poistamista ottamalla yhteyttä BitBungalow OY:hyn lähettämällä asiaa koskevan tietopyynnön osoitteeseen support@clientpins.io.

Käyttäjä voi halutessaan siirtää ClientPins -palveluun tallennetut tiedot toiseen palveluun lähettämällä asiaa koskevan tietopyynnön osoitteeseen support@clientpins.io. Tietotallenne toimitetaan käyttäjälle CSV muodossa.

Käyttäjä voi lähettää kaikki tietosuoja-asioihin liittyvät pyynnöt suoraan sähköpostitse osoitteeseen support@clientpins.io.

Sijaintitiedot

Sovelluksemme voi kerätä ja käyttää laitteesi sijaintitietoja tiettyjen ominaisuuksien käyttöönottoon, kuten:

Nykyisen sijaintisi näyttäminen kartalla
Sijaintisi jakamiseen yrityksesi sisällä

Saatamme kerätä näitä tietoja reaaliajassa joko sovelluksen käytön aikana tai luvallasi taustalla. Emme jaa sijaintitietojasi kolmansille osapuolille.

Evästeet

Evästeiden käyttö on yleistä ja useat sivustot hyödyntävät niitä. Eväste on pienimuotoinen tiedontallennusohjelma, jonka tietokoneen selain asentaa käyttäjän tietokoneen kovalevylle. Eväste ilmoittaa miten ja milloin käyttäjä käyttää Palvelua ja auttaa BitBungalow OY:tä kehittämään Palvelua. Evästeet ovat turvallisia. Niitä ei voi käyttää koodina tai virusten siirtämiseen eikä niistä tai niihin kerätä henkilötietoja. Voit estää evästeiden hyväksynnän, asettaa selaimen ilmoittamaan evästeiden vastaanottamisesta ja sulkea evästeen. Mikäli evästeet suljetaan, Palvelun käyttö voi rajoittua tai estyä.

Hyväksynnät

Käyttäjän toimittaessa henkilötietojaan Palvelun kautta ja antaessaan hyväksynnän palvelussa olevaa hyväksy-toimintoa käyttäen, käyttäjä on antanut BitBungalow Oy:lle oikeuden käyttää tietoja kyseisellä sivustolla edellä kuvatun mukaisesti.

Palvelussa annettu hyväksyntä koskee ainoastaan Palveluun tallennettua käyttäjätietoa. Mikäli käyttäjä on toimittanut tiedot BitBungalow Oy:lle muutoin kuin Palvelun kautta, kyseisten tietojen käyttöön ei vaikuta Palvelussa annettu hyväksyntä.

Henkilötietojen siirto ETA:n ulkopuolelle

BitBungalow ei siirrä käyttäjien henkilötietoja ETA:n ulkopuolelle pois lukien BitBungalow Oy:n ETA:n ulkopuolella sijaitseva henkilöstö ja juridiset yksiköt ja/tai palvelun tarjoamista varten tarvittavat kolmannet osapuolet, joille tiedon siirtämiseen käyttäjä on antanut Palvelussa luvan.

Kolmansien osapuolten sivustot

Tämä tietosuojaseloste soveltuu vain ClientPins -palveluun. Palvelu voi sisältää linkkejä kolmansien sivustoille. Emme ole vastuussa muiden sivustojen tietosuojakäytännöistä. Suosittelemme käyttäjää tarkistamaan käyttämiensä sivustojen tietosuojaselosteet.

Tietosuojaselosteen muutokset

BitBungalow voi muuttaa tätä tietosuojaselostetta. jotta käyttäjät ovat aina tietoisia, miten heidän henkilötietojaan käsitellään, voimassa oleva ja soveltuva tietosuojaseloste on saatavilla suoraan BitBungalow Oy:n ClientPins palvelussa. BitBungalow Oy (“BitBungalow”) is committed to protecting the privacy of visitors to the ClientPins -service according to the EU GDPR regulation 2016/679.

We have put in place policies and procedures to protect personal information we collect about you in order to comply with Data Protection legislation. This privacy policy explains why we collect information about you and what we do with it. If you do not agree with this privacy policy, please do not use this Site. By accessing and using this Site, you agree to the terms of this privacy policy.

Non-personal information

BitBungalow may collect non-personally identifiable information about you in a number of ways including tracking your activities through your IP address or most-recently visited URL. This information is aggregated to measure number of visits, average time spent on this Site, pages viewed, etc. We use this information to measure the use of this Service and to improve the content of the Service.

Personal information

BitBungalow, when offering ClientPins -service to you as a registry administrator, will NOT provide your personal information to third parties without your personal permission. When you use the ClientPins -service offered to you by an authorized ClientPins service provider then BitBungalow acts as a data processor.

BitBungalow collects and process certain personal information about you in order to:

register you for certain services available from Service;
administer your participation in Service and its services;
enable you to make transactions on Service;
conduct research and development;
BitBungalow can offer software updates, product support and possible other services related to BitBungalow products;
provide you with news alerts or information about BitBungalow or to enable you to take part in surveys and polls if you wish to;
enhance or improve your experience of our Service by collecting details of your visit to our websites using cookies and standard weblogs;
administer our Service.

Information collected by BitBungalow includes user-provided information about service users and customers, as well as customer work orders and their progress. By agreeing these Terms you provide permission to grant collected information concerning you to purposes mentioned above. This information will NOT be granted to third parties without your personal permission.

If you object to such use for any reason, you may stop that use at any time by written request. The request should be sent to us at support@clientpins.io.

Disclousure to third parties

We may provide sales, traffic and demographic statistics and other non-personal information to third parties but these statistics will not contain any information, which could be used to identify any individual person.

We reserve the right to access and disclose to third parties your personal information where necessary to comply with applicable laws and lawful authority requests, to safeguard the proper operation of our systems and to protect ourselves or in order to apply our terms of use.

Security

BitBungalow has taken all appropriate measures to prevent unauthorized access to, improper use and the inaccuracy of your personal information.

User’s right to personal information

We only collect information, which is necessary for the operation of our Service and for the provision of certain services available from our Service. We will not keep your personal information for longer than necessary to provide the services available from our Service or as required by law.

User can correct the personal information from the service by himself.

User can check the other personal information collected by the service by sending the data request to support@clientpins.io.

User has “the right to be forgotten”. User can ask to erase all his personal information from the site by sending request to support@clientpins.io.

User has possibility to transfer collected personal information to another service by sending the data request to support@clientpins.com. Data will be provided in CSV format.

User can send any data request questions related to above needs also directly by e-mail to support@clientpins.io.

Location information

Our app may collect and use your device's location information to enable certain features, such as:

To share your location within your company

We may collect this information in real time, either while using the application or with your permission in the background. We do not share your location information with third parties.
